ABSTRACT

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital to economic development, contributing significantly to employment, innovation, and GDP. However, many MSMEs struggle with operational efficiency due to inadequate inventory management and a lack of formal education on modern practices. This paper explores the critical role of inventory control in MSME sustainability and how educational interventions can bridge the knowledge gap. By examining case studies and survey data, this research identifies key barriers to effective inventory management and recommends a framework for empowering MSMEs through targeted training and policy support.
